Making Coaching Available to All Educators
While coaching is crucial for enhancing professional practice, not all schools have the time or other resources to allow instructional coaches or leaders to consistently engage with all teachers. Using video reflections of teaching practice in coaching conversations helps establish realistic goals and maintain a nonevaluative, rigorous, and safe process.
