GCI has grown rapidly over the years, but they continue to enhance the quality of conversations through their work with educational leaders. Their GROWTH coaching model and a “coaching way of being” are at the heart of all of their work, demonstrating that a coaching approach is not just for formal coaching and mentoring programs, but can be applied across a range of conversational contexts to create a culture of growth for the whole community.
Chris Munro leads GCI’s Strategic Leadership Team in Australia and New Zealand. His current role sees him coaching school leaders and developing the coaching capacity of school communities across Australia and beyond. He is also leading the development and delivery of The Impact Cycle Instructional Coaching program in Australia and New Zealand in collaboration with Dr Jim Knight and ICG.Ben Calleja is Co-Director of Growth Coaching International in Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory. In additional to his work as an executive coach and facilitator, he also contributes to the leadership and strategic direction of the business across those regions.
