Questions about virtual vs. in-person attendance
In the event that the in-person conference is cancelled due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, can attendees attend the virtual conference and/or will they be refunded?
Yes. In the event that the in-person event is cancelled, you will have three options:
- Attend the virtual conference and receive a refund for the difference
- Attend the virtual conference and transfer the balance to a colleague to also attend the virtual conference
- Receive a full refund (available until September 15th)
ICG is not responsible for any travel or hotel cost incurred.
Is there a deadline to switch from in-person to virtual attendance?
How do I do that?
Yes. If you would like to switch from attending in-person to attending virtually, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before September 15th.
If you have already registered for TLC and did not receive an email notification about attending virtually, please email Brooke@instructionalcoaching.com
