In light of the current COVID-19 safer-at-home orders, we are diligently following social distancing guidelines. As of now, this year’s Teaching Learning Coaching conference is still scheduled for October 4-6 in San Antonio, TX. Registration is open and payments are not required until September. Should TLC be canceled, all paid registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or move their registration to next year’s event.

As health officials make recommendations regarding our nation’s safety, we will be sure to update our website accordingly.

Is payment for TLC due upon registration?

Nope, you have until day one of the Teaching Learning Coaching conference to submit your payment in full!

What’s the registration fee for the TLC conference?

We offer two registration options for the Teaching Learning Coaching conference: a three-day ticket includes the main event and an additional day of pre-conferences; a two-day ticket includes just the main event.

Main Event & Pre Conference: $898 USD per person

Main Event only: $699 USD per person


What does the TLC conference registration fee include?

Your TLC conference registration fee includes the following:

  • Your entrance to the event
  • Breakfast and lunch at the conference
  • Conference program (provided upon check-in)
  • Venue map (provided upon check-in)
  • Conference schedule (provided upon check-in)

If provided by the breakout session presenter, session handouts will be available electronically.

Travel costs, parking, accommodations, and dinners are NOT included in the registration fee.

How can I confirm that I’ve registered for the TLC conference?

If you have successfully completed the TLC conference registration process, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your confirmation number. If you have not received this email within 30 minutes of completing the registration process, please check your SPAM folder. If the email is not there, please email brooke@instructionalcoaching.com.

Who do I contact if I have questions about payments and refunds?

Can I substitute my TLC registration for someone else if I am unable to attend?

Yes! You can submit TLC registration substitution requests in writing to brooke@instructionalcoaching.com. All substitution requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Will there be a room block at the hotel for TLC?

We will have a block of rooms on hold at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa for TLC 2020, however, rooms do fill up quickly. Be sure to make your hotel accommodations as soon as possible to ensure you get the best deal. Please note: you must reserve your room before September 13, 2020 to receive the discounted rate of $179 per night with our room block.

Can we receive graduate university credit for attending the TLC conference?

Yes you can! We have a partnership with the University of the Pacific. www.creditsforeducators.com/icg is a very simple way of receiving credit for attending the Teaching Learning Coaching conference.
